ABSTRACT
The background of ths research is teachers who do not use learning models and media in the classroom that provide material to their students, teachers who are less involved in the role of student activities, and low student learning outcomes. The aim is to see that the use of learning learning model assisted learning house learning media can increase the learning activities of class V mathematics and see the discovery learning model assisted learning home media can improve mathematics learning outcomes in class V. The research method used qualitative and quantitative approaches. classroom action research (PTK). Techniques for following the data include student activity observation sheets, learning outcomes tests and documentation. The research subjects were fifth grade students at SDN. 120 Berru, Soppeng District. Data processing and analysis techniques use observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be ignored that the discovery learning model and the learning house portal can improve learning activities and mathematics learning outcomes in class V SDN students. 120 Berru. This can be seen from the learning activities after the implementation of cycle I by 48%, then the implementation is carried out again in cycle II and the average value increases to 73%. While the score of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 63%. Then in cycle II the average score increased to 78%.

ABSTRAK
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah guru kurang menggunakan model dan media pembelajaran di dalam kelas saat memberikan materi terhadap peserta didiknya, guru kurang melibatkan peran aktivitas siswa, dan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan media rumah belajar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar matematika kelas V dan mengetahui pemanfaatan model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan media rumah belajar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika kelas V. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, tes hasil belajar dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V di SDN. 120 Berru Kabupaten Soppeng. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data menggunaan lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran discovery learning dan portal rumah belajar dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas V SDN. 120 Berru. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari aktivitas belajar setelah pelaksanaan siklus I sebesar 48%, kemudian dilakukan lagi pelaksanaan pada siklus II dan nilai rata-ratanya meningkat menjadi 73%. Sedangkan skor hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I yaitu 63%. Kemudian pada siklus II skor rata-rata meningkat menjadi 78%.
